Busy Weekend, No Time to Geocache
I was really hoping to go geocaching this weekend. We were headed up north for a funeral but I figured that between family things and sleeping I could head out into the woods to see what I could find. It ended up being a lot of family, which is alright, and way to cold to go anywhere. I have always been the one to underdress for the weather. But when it is 30 degrees and rain/snow is coming down you really need some form of a coat.
We stayed at an interesting place when we were up there. It is the Chateau Lodge where ever room is a different theme. Our room was the cowboy room. It’s always nice to stay at places that aren’t just like every other hotel.
It’s now Sunday and I’m working on Christmas lights. Someone nearby already turned their Christmas lights on this weekend. I still think we are going to wait until Thanksgiving to turn our light show on. We have the trees built so I will make sure to take pictures and put them up on Lights 2 Music.
